Private Chef Michael George ...

Upon completion of his five-year apprenticeship in 1978, Michael then obtained his formal education and degree from The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. 

Michael spent the next seven years opening noted restaurants in New York City. Such as "Pesca" on East 22nd St. "Liberty Cafe" in the South Street Seaport and "Cavagnaughs" on 41st and Broadway.

In 1988 Michael relocated to Florida to work under Chefs Jean Mergen and Louis Outhier to bring haute cuisine to the Top of the Tower at the Boca Raton Resort & Club. Five years later Michael accepted the Executive Chef position at the Lighthouse Point Yacht & Racquet Club.  In 1999 Michael & Lisa became the owner/operators of Ecco Restaurante Italiano, delivering their personal style of fine dining northern Italian cuisine.   Since 2003 Michael has worked privately and in 2007 he organized PCS, Private Chef Services, LLC  in Boca Raton, Florida.  

Lisa began her business career in New York City, working five years in management and administration at the corporate office for The Estee Lauder Companies.

Upon Lisa’s arrival to Florida in 1988, she became involved in Real Estate Property Management where she dedicated Eight years. Lisa also spent five years at a major Interior Design Firm. 

Lisa's culminated experience and client relations skills were easily applied to the hospitality industry. She spent five years at The Lighthouse Point Yacht & Racquet Club working closely with Michael as The Club Member's Event Coordinator.  In 1999 Lisa and Michael opened “Ecco” Restaurante Italiano where she was an active owner-operator.  As of June of 2007, Lisa has dedicated her full-time efforts to managing PCS. 

Chef Michael & Lisa Marie established PCS in 2007 due to the high demand for quality & creative food service in South Florida. 

We are hands on Owner Operators. We offer Boutique Catering, Event Planning, Management & Private Dining Services.  

PCS is licensed through the Department of Business & Professional Regulations and carries two million dollars worth of  General & Liquor Liability insurance and can provide certificates of insurance upon request.
